Stridor inconsistency

Ever since the spirit changes a while back, a commonly used perk among higher rank spirits was Stridor, as it trumped the survivor perk, Iron will. Since then me and many other players have seen the perk become less consistent. Some games stridor will work and others they won’t. You haven’t said any changes to this perk, but the perk has been in this unreliable state for months now. Is this something you intended to happen as I highly doubt it would still be a bug many a month after first being noticed.
