We are extremely tired of not being able to play in a group

Every day when trying to play in a group with my friends, we suffer from a ridiculous bug where someone in the group can't see that the other people are "ready". And that makes the lobby buggy and impossible to play, as the person ends up disconnected out of the group.
This problem has been occurring for more than 5 patches ago, It is stressful and takes a long time to be able to play. It took us more than 20 minutes between matches just to finally be able to play. This week 2 of my friends stopped playing because of that.
Can you guys please fix this?
