"Ghost" issue

Ok. In my last game I played as survivor and the killer was the Leatherface, the map was Disturbed Ward. A Meg was being chased by the killer but some how she just disappeared but the killer keep the chase and I think he still earned blood lust and getting chase points. On the end of the match the game ended normally with only her icon not showing if she escaped or died, just a normal icon that still in the game.
