Is the newest Update/Patch coming to console next Tuesday?

There is no official date at this time. Usually when a new DLC or patch comes out, it's mentioned on the day it's being released. Sometimes it's mentioned a day before, but that's rare.
But as of right now, there is no official date for you to go off of. Some speculate that the patch will come out 2 weeks after the PTB closed, but that's just speculation and NOT a fact.
