is there anyway I can use plague's vile purge to put a survivor into the dying state by poisoning them if they do not heal ?

    Vile Purge does nothing to a survivor that is already injured or broken other than apply sickness. There is no way for Vile Purge to put a survivor in the dying state.

    No, there is no "poison" option to put a Survivor into the dying state, the sickness from Vile Purge only applies the broken status effect to them and that's about it. If you want to put someone into the Dying State with vomit, than you need to be in the Corrupt Purge mode to do that. Otherwise, you need to down them with your basic attack after the broken status effect is applied.
