How does rank match making work?
I would really like to know how come as rank 18 survivor I'm often paired with a killer 2 or 3 rank highter then me
But when I'm playing killer (a rank 17 killer at the moment) I'm 90% match with SWF group or radom ppl hugely ranked 13 and higher (SWF always have 1 or 2 red rank ppl).

Matchmaking isn’t perfect at all right at the moment, there’s been several threads on forums and complaints about it, but the reason why you’re getting paired with people that high of rank is cause of that. I also heard from a friend that there is also another matchmaking way. Sometimes you get paired with survivor or killers that have the same amount of skill as you, so that could be the reason why you get good/bad teammates, but that’s what I heard I wouldn’t know if it’s true from an actual dev @Peanits @not_Queen Cause I’d only believe it would be true if they would explain to me that, that could be another ranking system?
