Is this banable?

Recently I watched a dbd streamer playing in a 2man swf.

His friend looked in the games files or something and knew who the killer was in the lobby.

My question is:Is this banable?and If not, does anyone know how to do this?

(Sorry for my bad English I am not a native speaker)

    I'm pretty sure I remember hearing of this, but no clue if it works with dedicated servers.

    And I doubt it'd be bannable for the simple reasons that you're not changing anything in the game files, and outside of a confession it's also probably impossible to prove anyone did it in the first place.

    @oxygen Okay,so it's not bannable.

    Does anyone know how to look in those files?
