Wraith cloak and hook bug

Okay so I've just played a game of Wraith again and of course the game i choose to use a mori a bug appears. So basically I coulnd't cloak or pick up someone who was downed. I'm not sure if this has anything to do about my internet connection or anything but all I'm saying is that this has never happend to me before and I have a descent internet where I live.
