Very rare perks?
Just wondering I have prestige my Nea to level 3 and I am working on all her perks. How many very rare perks are you allowed to get for your character because I have stop getting all perks in my blood web. I have 3 pages of very rare perks 1-1/2 page of rare and now nothing is coming into my blood web can anyone help me on this question?

Well how many perks do you have in total?

There is no limit. Certain perks have certain maximum rarities (some go up to Very Rare, others go only up to Rare). Regardless of that, you can get any perks on any characters without any limit (as long as you have its associated Teachable unlocked in the case of other characters' perks).

You probably have all the perks available to be taught to Nea

balance landing is one of Nea’s perks does it not go to very rare?

If all of the perks have 3 lines by them you have all the perks available to you.
