Will old rift challenges be around permanently?

I’m a little late to the party. Will the rift 2 challenges still be able to be completed once the new rift is out on the 29th?

    Yes. On the archives page there is a tab at the top called "compendium". From there you will be able to access old tomes and complete their challenges. One thing to keep in mind is that only challenges from the latest tome will count progress towards the current rift. However, you can still get bloodpoints and lore from the old tomes.
