I reported a cheater and havent received any notification for 3 days (also the first time i submitted a ticket, but I did it correctly). Do you guys know a proper way to contact the devs and send video evidence and so? Also, if someone is banned from dbd, can you see that on their steam profile (available for any other game)?

https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us is the proper way to submit video evidence when reporting players. Make sure you also report them post-game. You likely won't receive any feedback based on the outcome.

They will normally get back to you once they've looked at it and say they need video evidence, I'd expect giving you the opportunity to give it.
