Prenn Asylum Disturbed Ward Loop
How do you deal with the windows on the bottom floor of the big center building? They can go from one to the next and the next and both jumping out after them and running around isn't fast enough to catch up even on bloodlust 1. Going into stealth and trying to trick them into walking into me or just abandoning it completely seemed to be all I could do. How do you deal with this loop on a basic m1 killer? Some of them have enough visibility they can watch me from outside so it's hard to even try to mind game it.

Go for other survivor simple as that , as soon as you see someone going inside that main building just leave them is a waste of time trying to down someone there unless you are close

Depending on the spawn of the window there is some way around it.
If the survivor is running to get a fast vault and there is a staircase going up in the same direction they're running you can go up to the second floor, then at the top there's a hole where you can drop down and surprise them, particularly if they keep holding w.
If not, tough luck, you have to chose a different survivor or lose the game. Devs have stated they wanted to look into it, but due to time constraints they couldn't.

I'll have to try that next time. Was just the last two survivors alive camping in there because their lives depended on it and they dragged the game out a hell of a lot longer than they should have been able to.

There are several drop points on the top floor that lead to (nearly) right above the windows, so if you get to know the upstairs better and the connection between the two, you'll be able to deal with survivors significantly more effectively.
I love playing on Disturbed Ward. The only part I dislike about the experience is the gameplay once the exit gates are powered. Then it becomes a not-so fun map, but that's true of many maps.

Avoid that middle building at all costs. That is basically a free gen for them to get. The building is too strong to deal with.
