so I have my vsync option set to of . since this does not lock the vsync to render a specific framerate ( 60 ) the intro is rendered at very high frames and stutters a lot since it is rendered the same as the in-engine frames and is not a pre-rendered running movie running at a specific framerate such as 30 . from now on I think the movies should be pre-rendered when the game starts .
