Some perks are missing these include:

Better together (B)

Fixated (B+)

Inner Strength (A)

Babysitter (F+)

Camaraderie (D+)

Second Wind (C-)

Lucky Break (C)

Any Means Necessary (C+)

Breakout (D-)

Off the Record (D-)

Red Herring (C)

For the People (A-)

Sorry for any confusion caused.

My tier list for every survivor perk in the game.

Feel free to ask me why I placed a perk in a certain tier, and to post what you'd change.

Before anyone asks, We're gonna live forever got F tier because it only gives you bloodpoints and doesn't help you in the trial.

I feel like everyone LOVES Spine Chill and I just don't get it. I put it on after seeing it in the "Perks you can't play without" thread and I just found it meh.

The killer has to be looking at you to get any of the bonuses so getting the slight speed check to gens/gates/totems is virtually useless because they either are chasing someone (so not looking at me) or they're on their way to stab me in the face, in which case it's time to move.

It doesn't seem to work well for me as a warning system either because if they can see me to activate it, I can see them too. I keep my head on a swivel when I'm doing stuff so maybe others like it so they can concentrate on Great Skill Checks or something...

I'm surprised you wouldn't have Kindred in the S Tier. If you're a solo player, it's virtually a must have to tell if the killer is making s'mores or not. Maybe it's only an A since SWF can render it meaningless...

Funny enough, I don't use a single S Tier pf yours. I don't like DS as I found most killers have now gotten wise to it and will slug if they tunnel you rather than grab you. Spine Chill I talked about. BT I just don't have unlocked from Bill so maybe I'd use it more if I tried it. IW I've never really tried but I usually have self care on so I usually don't need to be worried about being hurt and making noises. And DH I have found just too inconsistent in working (whether that's user error or the servers is up to debate).

Stakeout is pretty low for just being a better autodidact that also helps for gens. Practically a reusable instaheal with the right medkits addons too. Can't seem to find inner strength on there which is just better self care.

For the guy above, spinechill works through walls. It's a very helpful infoperk

detective hutch always SSS tier when come to SWF....

2 man gen ( 1 of them sometimes save other from hook), 1 survivor do totem hunter , and the last one is juking the killer...

Definitely need to lower self care to tier C. At red ranks theres nothing better for killer and worse for survivor than seeing someone use self care. Inner Strength should be a solid B or A perk. Urban needs dropped a few tiers to C I think. Resilience definitely needs to be to A because of the vault speed and the potential it brings with spine chill.

I think your tier list is definitely designed to your play style. Maybe that's why my perk placements and yours seem to be a bit off.

I put self care at A tier because how useful it can be to the survivor. Yes it buys the killer time, but if that survivor is good in a chase, then that 32 seconds was well spent.

Urban can be good and I've seen many use it effectively without being someone who does it around the map instead of doing gens.

Resilience can be good, but to me it's just not worth it as majority of killers can counter it with their power.

Sprint Burst is probably the weakest exhaustion perk in the game. I don't see why it'd be above Lithe. If sprint burst had a button to trigger it instead of it being used on cooldown... Maybe it would be an A. But in the current state it's probably like a D. Losing tons of valuable time slow walking around the map. But I guess you might be more of a stealth player like the person above said. So if you're afraid to leave scratch marks then maybe it can be effective. But probably hurting the team.

I don't actually use Sprint Burst often, but when I do I don't walk unless a generator is nearby.

My build is Balanced Landing, Iron Will, Spine Chill and Small Game.

I would actually put self care in the A tier on the killer side lol from what I've seen people who run self care aren't the beat in chases. Also with how fast other survivors can heal you I don't see any good reason to run this perk.

Someone said the same thing to me about urban. However within the few weeks we were friends they never once proved its use to me. Maybe you got lucky with the people who you've seen run it lol in my 2 and a half years no one has used it effectively in my games.

I wouldn't say its countered by any power. Instadowns can but after you've been downed then if your healed up or unhooked you'll be injured again so it's ok. Some killers like legion and plague actually help the perk.

On most loops with windows its useless. It's good on inside maps and in dedicated vaulting builds, but not alone.

Resilience D? Sorry but i stop there

Self care as an A tier perk? It's a detriment to your entire team. I get that this is just your personal opinion, but come on my friendly internet person, the numbers speak for themselves with this one. Even using it in those special circumstances where it's not detrimental to your performance doesn't mean it's worth an entire slot.

SC+Botany Knowledge? THATS legit as hell. 2 perk slots, but absolutely more than the sum of its parts.

Welp vaulting that window or pallet 9% faster or do that gen a little faster could make the difference , by seeing your tier list looks like u don't play aggressive as a looper but it's still good I will just make it a few changes like spine chill on B or A

Many perks there are a bit overrated. And some like Tenacity and Bond is underrated.

I'm a decent looper. I know how to loop most tiles efficiently like Jungle Gyms, I'm in no way an agressive looper like you said.

Move dead hard and spine chill to trash tier, bump adrenaline and kindred up to S and your list is fixed

It’s a very pointless perk, they have to be in range, and it can give false information on whether the killer is going towards you or not.

the little boost is not worth it. I used to run the perk on a regular and often times - it was a waste. It’s only okay if you’re running up against a stealth killer where you can’t hear the terror radius or a Michael.

point is, there are better speed increasing perks or perks that give you information on killer location.

    I think it's great imo.

Killer looks at you for longer than a second, you know its go time. The speed boost to me isn't important, it's the knowledge.

Spinechill isn't about the bonus. It's about negating any Killer in the game to sneak up on you, stealth or otherwise. You can mind game hardcore with it as well.
