Is haddonfield gonna get a proper balance anytime soon?
To me that map is by far the most survivor sided of them all, long walls that mostly affect the killers, multipel god windows sometimes next to each other, next to generator, all pallets safe, really easy to lose chase, bloodlust is almost useless on that map.I like many changes from this update but there's still many unbalanced maps in survivors favor.

With the update that dropped out today, the long fences on Haddonfield have been adjusted. The biggest issue with Haddonfield was that the Killer could be literally infinited if the Survivors had BL. Since BL was nerfed, this issue wasn't a thing anymore.
I agree Haddonfield needs some changes such as adjustments to god windows, pallet safety etc. I suppose the Devs are working on it.

We'll have to see what happens. As said above it was adjusted, but a giant overhaul hasn't really been talked about. Haddonfield has been a hated map for a long time now, but I don't really think a rework is coming anytime soon.
Besides, they can just adjust the loops to make it more tolerable. The main issue with Haddonfield, from what I could gather from the community, is the overall position of the Generators and loops that involve the houses. Regardless of what issues are present, we'll have to wait and see what happens to the map in the end.
I'm sure it'll be fine, if something needs to be changed than they can block off old routes and create more reasonable ones. They did it with the Iron Works loop after all.

definetly and oh I am really glad devs are aware this is a problem and they working on it!

I'm sure a lot of people would agree with you as well.
Haddonfield has always been a grey area, some people like it and some people don't. Most of the complaints stem from the loops and overall structure of the map. So like I said, we'll see if they'll consider a rework. You also have to keep in-mind that the map is a part of a licensed DLC, so they would probably have to talk to the license holders about any BIG changes, specifically a rework.

oh yes, that map definetly would need a new change and maybe different versions of it too

Yeah, but again the licensing for the map might not like the change. They were open to different cosmetics, but we don't know if they're open to different map variants like Badham. If they're, than it's up to BHVR if they want to rework the map.

Just remove the stupid long fences on that map and Badham. I hate having to walk all the way around the longest fence ever just to get a hook or get to a survivor. And god forbid someone loops around those, those could almost count as infinites due to how much time they waste.

That's usually one of the gripes people have with Lampkin Lane, some of the fences span for like several tiles... But to be fair, that's dictated by RNG if i'm not mistaken. Not so much for Badham, more-so for Lampkin Lane I believe. The map did get tile tweaks, but I don't know how affected the fences were when this was changed up.
Also I don't think removing the fences all together is reasonable, I think adding more gaps is. They could even experiment with the breakable walls, that would be cool actually!

yeah but the fences should at least be much smaller or have gaps in them or at least breakable walls, the next closest wall tile on any map doesn't even come close to haddonfield walls

Well we'll have to see what they do with the breakable walls, those are still "experimental" right now.
As for gaps or smaller fences, that too needs to be considered by BHVR first. We don't even know if they're going to further into it besides tile tweaks, but at least it was changed around a bit. As of right now, we can't really say for sure about what the future holds for Haddonfield.
