What does it mean that on Dead Dawg Saloon there are breakable walls?

It means exactly what it says (not trying to sound rude).

On Dead Dawg Saloon, some "experimental" objects called Breakable walls are currently present. These walls are similar to pallets, and require The Killer to break in order to pass through. You can break them by pressing the space bar, as you would when breaking a pallet. This allows you to create a new path in a loop, helpful or hindering, depending on what you're breaking it for.

Now, they're "experimental" right now because these objects only exist on the Dead Dawg Saloon at the moment. They're currently being tested for implementation into the LIVE version of the game. So eventually you'll be seeing them on a lot more maps besides the Dead Dawg Saloon.
