This is an official update which has been released live to all devices.

If it's a PTB, than it'll say something like "PTB 3.7.0", if it's an official update, than it'll just say 3.7.0.
You can tell the difference when the news/notification posts mention if it's a PTB or not. But yes, it's an official update that has been released for you to play, have fun!
