Hillbilly chain saw audio and camera bug

On Ps4 i played on Rancid abbitour after the 3.7 patch. After 1 second of charging the hillbilly's chainsaw, the chainsaw audio cuts and loops back to the beggining of the chainsaw audio from the killer perspective. The audio just doesn't sound right.
Then when the hillbilly cancels his chainsaw power after chainsaw sprinting, the camera does like a bounce slightly downward or back for like a split second. It is very awkward, confusing and wasn't like this before the patch.
