Killer stuck in pallet

Was chasing a survivor i hit him he drops pallet i get stuck was showing space to break pallet wouldnt let me survivor kindly let me down them and pick them up it pulled me out of the pallet after 3 gens were completed while i was stuck i may add haha details below ive attached log but didnt have shadowplay on and didnt think to screen shot although wouldnt have shown much.

Had the same issue a different map, as trapper but couldn't escape no matter what, wasted an entire game. The video that some one linked was essentially what happend to me as well
