Pc - Performance drops and crashes

Been getting lots of drops with performance and some crashing. Often when someone gets hooked or sacrificed. Never had these issues pre patch.
Usually when female survivors get hooked.
Nearly every game atleast one large slowdown hit, screen usually freezes a moment on hook. Sometimes computer seizes up completely except for pain audio. I was also injured on Tapp most of the times it happened but that could be coincidence.
