Hooked Survivor Seeing Through Killer Cam And Mayhem Ensues

So my husband was playing on PC tonight, and was at Lery's Memorial Institute as Claudette. Killer was a Wraith. All of them in default skins. I think his perks were botany, empathy, self care, and sprint burst. He was hooked, and then started seeing through the killer's cam. Only the killer was in third person like a survivor's cam. When he was unhooked, it switched semi back to normal, but not completely. The cam was closer to Claudette's head than normal, and he started having bouts of intense lag. By the end it was unplayable. FPS only returned to normal at the end game lobby. The killer remarked "Claudette, were you lagging or me?" So he noticed something weird, at least.

I was in the game and didn't experience anything, but I could look over to his PC and see all of this unfold. I can get the logs tomorrow if needed, but I figured I'd type this up while the details were fresh to mind.

    The game has been extremely laggy with the new patch for some reason, I've been getting weird teleports and action stops as killer playing earlier also so maybe it was a server issue? Wraith has been having problems previously too I believe with his interactions with survivors while cloaked, where they would both bug out and be unable to do anything and float into the sky I think; could be a mix of those two things in the game perhaps. D:

    Maybe! I didn't experience lag or anything strange though. We also had really good ping, about 32. Just seems like the game probably bugged out.
