feng's hair and face makeup (chinese skin)
Problem: Feng doesnt have her mouth and eyes colored anymore. As well for the dirt on the cheek. Plus, her hair is bugged.

- frequency : since new update
- Problem : Hair, Cheek dirt, mouth and eyes makeup.

-> No need because it's a texture bug. ask if needed.
