So I had to factory reset my ps4 because the hardive was faulty ( it helped a bit but sometimes freezes, lags, crashes and heats up so I'm gonna have to get a new one ) and while I'm re-downloading DBD on my ps4 I notice I still have my purchased chapters. But will I have the cosmetics I purchased and the previous two times? If it do have just a massive load of auric cells to use? Tbh I really hope I still have the time items. Do i also get the perks i bought with shards from the shrine?

You should yes. Any purchases made on your profile (PSN/Xbox/Steam) are tied to that account on the servers, so anything purchased via Auric Cells will be there.
