PC - Nurse's blinks are broken

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Nurse in a public match
Step 3 : Try to blink in the medium-range, but get the shortest blink the Nurse can do instead.
Step 4 : Try to do a long blink, and notice that sometimes your screen becomes choppy until the blink ends.
