Thought this was gonna be a toxicity thread but yeah, I agree. This wasn't an intentional change. It wasn't mentioned in the patch. He is just super bugged.

They actually wanted to fix a sound bug on Billy. So uh...because they don't test their updates and the literal spaghetti code this stuff managed to get through to live. Enjoy, lmao.

Chainsaw is visibly missing from hand. Turning is wonky, chainsaw auto-lock is screwy and the cooldown is bugged. This is just what I remember from my one unbearable match
