TO ADD to the TITLE

Memories/Logs are not unlocked on the collection screen after challenges were completed.

DESCRIPTION

I know there was a problem earlier with them and it was fixed I believe, but when I got back on later, the challenges I had already completed didn't unlock the memories/logs.
