Key and mori nerf ideas

I know this stuffs played out but I though I’d give it the old try. So my idea for moris is make them like a non counterable devour hope. So you have to work your way up to it and be far from the hook to get stacks. You can’t know for sure if you’ll get a stuck until you get insta down and kill options but once you do there’s no stopping you. As for keys, I’d say just make hatch auto spawn at last surv only. But spawn new objective at 2 gens left to make hatch spawn. So only last surv gets hatch but they can make hatch spawn by stopping gen progress and doing something else. Should feel like same gen progress except it’s towards spawning hatch. Its only viable if you have a key. If not you’ll just be wasting time for a random hatch spawn you can’t interact with unless you have a key or you’re last surv.

    Is that just for Ebony Mori?

    As for keys, I think they should just take a second or 3 to open instead of instantaneous so they can't be used in a chase.

    I mean, it could just be ebony so you’re not just a boosted killer with ebony. Could be less stacks for other moris. Or none for for yellow one. Major one is ebony since they can take out a whole team in few minutes if they just make mistakes left and right. Kinda unfun to lose to skilless killer who used a Mori. Keys should still get you out of a chase. Finding a hatch with a key with no one to share it with or no chase is kinda boring. I’d rather save my key and get a door escape. There should be some thrill to using these. Either oh I’m gonna get moried if I get downed or oh I won’t get this kill if they find hatch. It can’t just be oh delay it so there’s no point to do it in chase. Then they have to delay using Mori so you can’t get downed and insta killed. Give the team a chance to res if you need a chance to get a hit to stop use of key.

    The only mori that needs to be tweaked is the Ebony memento mori; it should be you have to hook survivors 5 times then you can use it but with the loss of Hex: Ruin I can see why people are using mori's

    Yeah. Just saying if you don’t like that one being tweaked to do then we can do them all. I really don’t care for the smaller ones. The ebony is just too content defying imo. I would just make the green mori just have you get at least one stack or two so you can’t just mori someone for getting a hook. But this way when you have enough stacks, even those who haven’t been hooked could be moried. Puts pressure on the whole team. Could Make people stop carrying their low rank friends.
