PC - Basement Bugged

Issue: When being hooked in the basement, visually the survivor is not on hook, and mechanics-wise, the hooked survivor is unable to attempt escape and/or struggle on the hook.
Reproduction / Frequency: Played three games this evening, two with basement hooks, both basement hooks had this issue. The screenshot attached is from the second time this happened.
