Xbox possible to get stuck ON gen.

On Xbox in the map haddonfield. A gen can spawn on the FIRST FLOOR of a house where 2 people can work on it. I was working with someone else and I was on the part that has my right side pressed against the wall. When the gen was done I was STUCK here and couldn't move. The killer once downed carried me away.
