broken lighting after updating the engine (starts from 2.4.0)

Updating the engine from 4.13 to 4.20 entailed a graphic bug, a bug with lighting on ceilings and even interiors. This graphic bug appeared from version 2.4.0 (with the addition of the legion to the game)
