Not getting memories from Master Challenges

I am not getting memories from master Challenges in Archive Tome 3 Level 1 I have completed Bronze Run and Beast of Death Master Challenges and haven’t gotten the memory for either of them, it is strange because I am still getting the blood points and rift fragments please help soon, I love the lore in the Collection
