Stuck on hill tile

There is a spot on the top of the hile tiles that spawn in some maps where survivors are stuck in place. Killers arent affected by this and the only way to get a survivor out is to down them and pick them up.

    This happened to me in the same spot, on a hill in Red Forest on Xbox. I could make moving animations but couldn't move until my crows brought the killer to me and I got downed and picked up.
