PS4 - survivor does other actions instead of throwing down/vaulting pallets
Step 1: Be in a game
Step 2: Play survivor in a public match
Step 3: Be injured
Step 4: Be next to a pallet. Doesn't matter if it's up or down, or if you're standing still or running.
Step 5: The survivor will attempt to heal or t-bag in place instead of actually running through or throwing down the pallet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (for this specific match)
- David
- Windows of Opportunity, Iron Will, Self Care, Borrowed Time
- Ironworks, but it also happened in Gas Heaven earlier
- Every other match I've been in since patch

That used to happen to me. I changed my action button to be different from my pick up items interaction button in the options menu.

"The survivor will attempt to heal or t-bag in place instead of running through the pallet"

I didn't think of it either, my boyfriend told me to change the buttons around after I complained about it. 😂 Fair warning, you may have some crappy first matches until you get used to it. I have action as circle and interaction as R1. I think before drop item was circle but I like using that better when vaulting/dropping pallets so I switched drop item to square.

I changed actions to X and ability to triangle (I barely play abilities) and it's already going so much better lol but the first time I tried to vault and forgot was... very awkward lol

I had quite a few games that I would forget and it didn't end well for me. But after that short time it's so much better being able to heal someone, or myself, next to a pallet and not drop it.
