PC - Cannot cleanse totem on Léry's Memorial Institute

Only ever seen this totem once, but I couldn't cleanse it. I could interact with gens, pallets, vaults, and other totems so it wasn't a connection issue, and I checked back twice and still couldn't cleanse it.
Only real way to reproduce is to play multiple matches until you get this placement and see if you can cleanse it. Sorry if this is formatted badly as this is my first time submitting a bug report.
