PC - Weird Post-Hook glitch

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor
Step 4 : Notice it's impossible to use your power, close the hatch, interact with anything after hooking a survivor. Can lead to unending game if you hooked the last survivor. Fixes itself by picking up a survivor.
Frequency : Happened in two successive games.
Perks used in first game : Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes the Weasel, BBQ and Chili, Monitor & Abuse
Second Game : Hex: Retribution, Hex: Haunted Grounds, Hex: Devour Hope, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
Killer : Oni for both games
