Killer D/C and I get a matchmaking ban as survivor?

Three times over the past 24 hours I have been in a match on XBOX, the game either crashes or the killer DC and then right after I see the screen that gives me my points (also it shows the killer DC) but then when I try to join a new game I am told that I have a matchmaking ban due to DC.


I have screenshots and videos of each incident and would like to include video but the forum is saying my attachment is too big. Here is a link to the most recent incident:

Here are some screenshots. First is the scoring screen which shows the killer D/C.

Here is what I saw next, note down in lower right which states I have a penalty.

    This happened first time with the dedicated servers and here we go again. U can grow at 3 days of penalty... 1 DC 5 mins, second 12...a friend have 5 hours just to lost conecction and killers dc, it's crazy. Servers just bring more lag to the match and new bugs cause we cannot have servers with no optimize game. Still doing a great job with this game, I'm not

    Ok it just happened again and this is getting ridiculous. Even when I am tunnelled off first hook, I never D/C. Why am I being punished for the killer giving up?
