Nurse
Nurse is fun to play against because she offers a challenge without feeling cheap.
Anyone who votes for a week killer prefers easy games and low-skill players.

I've answered this question before, and honestly my answer still stands that there's no answer.. at least for me.
To me whenever I'm playing survivor, I see any and all of the killers as a challenge that I need to overcome, none are exactly more fun to go up against vs. the other that's not quite how I would put it. If anything, it's far more reliant on how the player playing that killer decides to play
For example if they try to camp well that's just boring because, well at red ranks you're just gonna get smoked and gens will go by so quick seeing as they're unopposed. The game is fueled by the interaction between killers and survivors and camping directly goes against that grain, and just promotes a lazy playstyle (that really doesn't work anyway, hence why you don't see it too often [outside of specific circumstances] in red ranks, it's really only viable in low ranks because people are dumb there).
However, on the flip side there ARE killers that are less fun to go against than normal. I hate the Plague for a myriad of reasons don't even get me started on her, and I hate Leatherface... for the simple reason I just have a bad streak of luck against leatherface players. I don't understand it, it's like they're either really bad, or absolutely insane monsters and the real problem is I die either way so it's just dumb.
EDIT: I do have an answer actually, it's whatever killer I haven't seen in a long time. It's fun to go up against variety, but some people play some killers less than others, whether because they just aren't viable in the ranks I'm in or for other mysterious reasons. For example I haven't seen a Demogorgon in literal years (ok more like months) even though he's arguably one of the most balanced killers in the game. I saw one and I got really excited to finally see one in Red Ranks and then he DC'd early on into the match and I got sad :(
It's not like he was doing bad either, the guy just kinda disappeared... like all the other Demogorgons 🤔
..Maybe that makes my answer the Demogorgon actually, since it looks like I want to see one, not because he's any more fun to play against just because I haven't seen one in so long. What a mysterious and elusive creature that beast...

Nurse
When I hear a Nurse blinking at the beginning of a round, I always think to myself: "This gonna be gud".
Demogorgon is also fun in a sense, specially when trying to dodge his incoming shred attack. Also, trying to seal his portals not knowing if he's nearby is kinda fun, cause he can appear out of nowhere and make me jump a bit.

Spirit
Love playing against Spirits due to how different it is to other matches.
Nurse and Demo games are also very fun.

Legion
I know everyone is gonna say he's the most annoying, but honestly considering where he is now with the whole missing one attack kicking him out of his power it's pretty fun. I guess that seems meaner than I mean it

Why is the only objectively correct choice not an option? Where's my samurai boy?

Myers
I voted Myers for the jumpscares (Ghostface falls in same category), but my absolute favorite to go against is Demogorgon. There's just an entirely different vibe to the game with all his noise and funky music, so even though he's the opposite of stealthy, I just get so excited going against him.
