PC- Killer stuck on top of pallet

Was playing a match on Survivor and got the Killer stuck on top of a pallet where he got locked for the rest of the match. It was a dedicated hit, so I dropped the pallet and still got hit and downed.
Map- Dead Dawg Saloon
Killer- Doctor
Survivor- Yui
Attached the video as proof to show the issue. Nothing would stop fix the bug... at around 8:40 my teammate tries to vault the pallet and it does nothing to help the Killer get unstuck.
