Would this be a suitable buff to hangman’s trick?

So as we all know, hangman’s trick isn’t the most helpful or used perk, so I came up with some ideas for a buff.

Idea 1: Hooks are not permanently gone when a survivor is sacrificed on it. For those clutch games where you can’t get a survivor to a hook, this idea would avoid those clutch scenarios.

Idea 2: Survivors currently sabotaging a hook are exposed. This one is a bit iffy because it’s a lot more helpful. It’s only 2.5 seconds but when else do you sabo a hook besides challenges?
