PC - Universal frame drops since latest update

I've been experiencing frame rates of 20 to 25 fps ever since the 3.7.0 update came out. Both as killer (Oni) and as survivor (various), on multiple maps (examples include Ormond, Fractured Cowshed, Disturbed Ward). It gets worse during chases (both sides). Before the update, my game ran on at least 40fps.
