Step 4 : Be within the Killer's terror radius while he uses static blast
Step 5: See if you get shocked when the static hits your feet

- First Time Occurrence (I could have been just outside of the heartbeat but it looked like the static reached me and I think that I still heard the heartbeat. It's hard to tell; see the youtube video below, please.)
