so if a survivor in the struggle phase gets rescued then hooked and sacrificed , do you get extra BP's for sacrificing them during the struggle phase ? or does'nt it matter if they are on first or second hook ?

No, you actually get less points for not re-hooking them back onto the hook. You gain points each time you hook a Survivor again and again on the hook, if they just die in the 2nd phase than you miss out on the potential extra points you could've gotten by chasing, downing, and re-hooking them. If they die in the 2nd phase than you get the normal last sacrificial points that a Survivor gives upon a successful sacrifice.

Basically, no, you don't get extra points if they die in the 2nd phase.

Here's a pretty good list of how BP score events work for sacrifice! https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Bloodpoints#Sacrifice

Looks like you get 200 for each stage of the sacrifice and 500 each time you put someone on the hook. So if you 3-hook someone, I think that ends up being 2100 BP (if I'm understanding it correctly). But if they die on their first hook, you only get that first 500 and then the 600 for the three stages, so it's at 1100 BP instead.
