I meant by infinite that you have unlimited uses during an entire match. A chase only slows down the rate at which you can use it, but don't completely deny the resource.

The same window can be used multiple times by a single survivor in a chase, it can be used again on the next chases and if any survivor uses the window the rest of the survivor team can use it.

To be completely exhausted, a window has to be vaulted 3 times per survivor in a short amount of time. From the team perspective it's a infinite resource, the survivor team will never run out of windows, you have infinite uses for your team. The 3 vaults is not even a hard restriction because it only starts a cool down.

I usually run from one windowed structure to another and then come back to the first structure (it's pretty easy in suffocation pit), and I've never run out of windows... the best part is that my teammates can use them too without me having to be careful about using them or not.

Also another thing is that windows have more uses than only vaulting, you can use a flashlight through them, you can do this even when it's blocked by the entity, so it's partially blocked in my opinion.
