Killers at the end-game are insufferable.

I swear I keep getting matches where killers don't do well, get maybe like 2-4 hooks and then camp a person at the endgame and end up with a 2-3k. I started out as a killer main and always wondered why survivors always used DS and BT and ADRENALINE but after getting games where a killer can just camp at the end and always walk away with a kill or two it's just... not fun. I'd like to say I have never been there but we all have just camped and gotten kills we definitely didn't earn or die to a killer who couldn't win a chase till 3 gens in.

You can always, you know, just leave. Killers shouldnt demand 4ks every match so shouldnt survivors demand a 4man escape every match.

What exactly do you mean by "endgame"

I do it as killer and enjoy it as a survivor.

End game rescues are the best rescues. End game fights are intense.

If you are wondering why it happens, as Akhaten already said, it's because there is nothing more to do. You can go check gates only to see 3 red bulbs glowing if you want to give survivors more chances. But the killer will enjoy the game more if a rescue happens when he is nearby. Leaving end game hooks feels like a waste of time, it's a free escape for the survivor and you don't play all that time, it usually end with survivors waiting on the exit gate so you are going to wait around a minute without doing nothing if you leave the hook.

There is no point in leaving that hook because it's less fun, less entertaining and less competitive. If you don't enjoy these last moment saves, just leave because you won.
