Since when do killers (except deathslinger) just cost 250 auric cells? Did i miss sth?

There is currently a sale going on right now, it should be listed in the news section in-game for you to review. It started on May 1st and ends May 8th. One of the things from the Golden Week sale is a 50% discount on all characters released before the chains of hate DLC.
