Killer stuck in pallet after breaking it on Dead Dawg Saloon

So I was playing on Dead Dawg Saloon, and I went to go break a pallet a survivor had thrown down earlier, and after I broke it, I was stuck in place and couldn't move. Later on in the game (after the video), I found that if you pick up a survivor who's downed, you can get out of the glitch. But other than that, I couldn't find a way to get out of it.
