Plague cant drink from specific fountain

• Description of the issue: I couldn#t drink from this fountain. The command wasn't here. Maybe bc its to near on the bathtub?
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Play as Plague on Lerys
• How often does this occur: until now 1 time.
