Play Clown with Noed/Insidious. Guard basement box, and don't leave. When they pop all gens, go and hook them. If NOED doesn't activate, open the gate for them and congratulate them for doing bones. If it does, mock them for not doing bones.
Doing this makes me feel better.

Sometimes bully squads do get in my head a little bit when I'm playing blight so I just smoke a blunt and play my main man bubba for some ez wins. Or hop on survivor.

Playing the game lowers my stress, i don't need alternatives to keep it low.
To me, it's just a videogame, i play only to have fun.
And i have fun, otherwise you wouldn't see me on here anymore.

I play another game, recently PUBG became free for PSN+ users and I have been having a blast.

I tend to just do challenges and make that the goal. Example, hit 4 Survivors with Shred as Demi. Lod the game, get it done, than just follow Survivors around and dance with them.
Quickly turns into a farm game and I walk away with the needed BPs

The best way to de-stress is to mix it in with other games or to simply not play it every day.

I destress by playing peekaboo games as Ghostface and butt dancing with the survivors

when it comes to playing the game it helps me to destress while playing if I try to put the voices that Sam gave some of the killers in the DBD parodies. it makes it a little less annoying when playing either side.
