Ways to relax when playing killer

I often find myself sweating as killer when I really shouldn't

a Good way to avoid this is doing random perk roulette. Use whatever you get and don't reroll if you get bad perks. I always go in with the expectation of not winning. If you have very few perks you could use a random number generator to decide what perks you get.

Another thing to do is to just ######### around with franklins, maybe take trapper and always put a Trap on their dropped item, equipping both dark trap addons works great. Use insidious to hid next to the item and take them by surprise

Do the most "disgusting" build you can think of but don't kill anyone, bring a ebony mori, Noed, op addons and whatever you can think of. See how many survivors you can down, but never hook them. If you manage to down four people, dc. This will make them really confused and its hilarious. This is also a dc resistance test for survivors. In reality if you kill them or not they will complain.

Rank dosent mean anything so just don't care about it.

I recently bought Doctor and been playing him level 1 just to get a feel of how he plays, despite being Rank 7 killer. I'm not really trying to play perfect or anything in my usual matches but the knowledge that I have no perks kinda makes the stress of playing killer ease up since if I win, thats good! I managed to use his abilities well enough to get all the kills, but if I lose its alright, since I basically had no perks anyway to help me out in whatever nasty situations I managed to get myself into. Usually playing killer messes with my anxiety though, since the game is much easier survivor side and you have to put alot of effort into killer games. (Before someone cries about survivor comment, I am Rank 1 survivor thanku and it is much easier and less stressful.)

Despite this I still get alot of toxicity from survivors somehow, calling me 'trash noob ahaha' and whatever other curses I dont want to include here LMAO. Its quite pathetic really, and shows that perks like NOED really arent a problem, but the community is if theyre mad enough about losing to a literal level 1 killer running Level 1 Overcharge out of all things.

My way of relaxing is just any form of Bubba build.

    Face-camp: Insidious, NOED, Franklin's, Whispers

Slug: Knock Out, Infectious Fright, NOED, Whispers

Or, of course, just any tryhard build with an ebony mori if I see 3 survivors with flashlights and 1 with a key.

Survivors really do complain about anything. I once did a meme game where I only took NOED as my perk. I only hooked 2 survivors in the time they did 5 gens. I managed to kill 3 of them in the EGC and one person was standing on top of the hatch. Needless to say they were salty as ever because "NOED is so broken op"

I play as Wraith, I haven't thought of a name for the build and how I play it... and of course I don't expect to do much point wise I use:

Discordance (so I can tell if the survivors do gens together

Shadowborn (so I can see survivors around me better

Haunted Grounds (cause I want to see if they panic)

Whispers (so I know where to go in the first place)

I tend to stay invisible but will ring my bell once to see what the survivors do... also will (try) to hit survivors whom miss skillchecks or if they get used to me ringing my bell, I'll completely uncloak and try to get a surprise hit

I've had some hilarious moments doing that...

Stop worrying about pips. Its what I do once I get to red ranks. Makes the game more enjoyable. Also makes me feel more free to try experimental perk builds.

come up with a main objective in your head before the game. Personally I try to cull the Feng bunny population.

Haunted grounds and third seal has been a lot of fun for me when Im not against a swf. Unfortunately its very easy to tell if they are when you have all 4 blind.

That could actually be fun to use

But the build I'd want to use is:

Thrill of the hunt (to track totoms)

Discordance (to know if the survivors work together)

Whispers (to know where to go)

Shadowborn (cause FOV is great for seeing survivors you might miss)

Addons would be any to move faster or see Gen progress

I like how your idea of "relaxing" is to make others' games as unfun as possible. And how you admit how much you rely on crutches like NOED and moris.

Seems like different people have fun doing different things, huh? Also, those builds aren't even that unfun to verse; if I wanted to make people miserable I'd run Iri Head + Ebony Mori or something. And doesn't seem like you read when I use moris. I use them after A). 3 bad games in a row and I am stressed and just wanna kill some people or B). I see at least 3 of them in SWF all with flashlights. But yeah I am sure your way of relaxing after some stressful games is better than mine :^)

Lol. If I want to relax I don't play dead by daylight. It's not meant to be relaxing. But keep rationalizing :^)

I just run distressing, bbq, nurses, sloppy doc. 3 hooks max, try to go for 4 man slug. Once successful, let everyone go. Otherwise let them bleed out,esp if they rush gens >:D
