How does prayer beads is good for spirit?

It makes everyone on map feel like killer is going to them, they drop gen and go away. After some cycles they become calm during it and dont pay attention. And once they would be caught working at gen cuz didn't pay attention.

Its one of those things that is kinda hard to attach value to
powerful bracelet that reads a sacred mantra.
- The phasing sound emission is heard by all Survivors outside of The Spirit's Terror Radius.
Basically what is good about it is that survivors constantly think you are going for them, so they (hopefully) leave their objectives for a bit, buying you passively some extra time.
Legion and Wraith and similar add ons.

The same way the legion's button and the wraith's bone clapper are good - After the 10th use of the power, survivors just become desensitised towards the sound cues and let you catch them off guard

^ basically this. You can even grab (if Grabs work, of course...) Survivors with new Prayer Beads, because at some point they might just stick to a Gen. Not compareable to the potential of old Prayer Beads of course, but those were complete Bullshit.
Also it is quite nice that every time you use your Power, the Survivors might stop working on a Gen.

If you go against a team of solos then it is beneficial, but if it is an SWF, it does more harm than good, as they know when you're phasing

It makes everyone on the map (outside of your tr) hear the wooshing sound.
It works well with Ruin+Surveillance

wait so originally you hear that wooshing sound when in her TR?

IMHO, as a Spirit main, Prayer Beads are pretty worthless now. They are a gimmick. Before they were OP yes, but there was a lot of interesting things you could do that I miss. Specifically using Prayer Beads and Insidious was hella fun. Just stand somewhere and survivors have no clue what's happening.
If I could go back and change it I would have kept Prayer Beads the same but remove the ability to grab or lunge out of phase walk and increase the distance where you could hear her footsteps. That keeps them as a strong, viable, non-gimmicky add-on but removes the actual overpowered part which is free hits and free gen grabs. It would be more about stealth and getting close to survivors before they can react to get an edge in a chase, not about yoinking people without even trying.

If the survivor is in your tr they do not hear the sound. Prayer beads makes it so that no matter where you are on the map (as long as it's not in her tr) you will hear a wooshing sound when she phases.

I love the idea of the addon, as when I'm Spirit I'll phase near gens im passing in case survivors are there to at least spook them for a few seconds to slow progression.
This addon lets me do that map wide all game!
However, SWF can really abuse it, letting eachother know when shes phasing during a chase. But this doesn't really matter against a survivor who can see her phasing tells anyways.

The description is a bit puzzling. Same for her power, it says that "While Yamaoka's Haunting is active the Spirit will produce an audible cue at her current location". If we went by those words, the intended mechanic would seem to be to hear the whoosing sound inside the TR, then the description of prayer beads would make sense.
I noticed the wording maybe a month ago when I was prestiging my Spirit. I'm not sure it was always like that. Maybe at some point when they were nerfing her they planned to make the cue audible inside the TR and then they scrapped the idea, but they accidentally left it in the descriptions. That, or maybe the wording is ambigous and I'm misunderstanding it, which is entirely possible.

This is very wrong. You just change the play style. Don't phase to mind game the current survivor. You phase to mind game the team. "The spirit is holding still, is she phasing" "yes, she is" OK I'll run to the next loop. "######### she just pulled me off the gen, I thought she was chasing you!"

Originally if survivor is in your TR they cant hear wooshing sound but then when they can hear it?

Yes, that's what I would reccomend for this addon as well. By it's own, as already mentioned, you just get some free gen pressure and later in the game, when they get used to it, you might get easy first hits or even grabs. To get more value out of the addon, bring perks like the above. At the beginning, they will get scared off often, so Ruin+Surveillance will give you mapwide information which gens are progressed, also allowing free regression. And when they start to commit to gens, yellow auras (or when you remember which gens turned yellow, also the red ones, as they would turn white when they leave) show you where people are working on gens, giving you a chance to grab.
Also Discordance might work, and Dead Mans Switch is also great. Discordance gives you regular updates if the gen is being progressed, so you can try to time your phasing well between 2 notifications to check if a grab is possible. Dead Man's Switch might be also pretty effective, as survivors will know about both, the addon and the perk after some minutes. In the beginning, you might get the maximum out of the perk as they leave pretty instantly after you phase after an obsession hook, later (best combine it with Thrilling Tremors or BBQ) they might commit to the gen, because they know about Dead Man's Switch and you can force them off or grab them.
SWF doesn't help the team as you don't have to follow the one you are chasing. I would always combine this addon with gen information perks like Surveillance or Discordance. Hit the person and phase to the gen, so even non-SWF think you are in a chase. But don't do that always, so they don't get used to it

Yes exactly! Forgot to state this, but yeah just being unpredictable and pretending to phase towards someone can help you get some grabs on greedy survivors.

New Prayer Beads can throw people off. They’ll start to get desensitized to the whooshing and let their guard down. It’s definitely not as powerful as old Prayer Beads though. It’s very niche, most of the time it isn’t worth it.
I’ve only used the newer Prayer Beads once and I can count on one hand the amount of times I used old Prayer Beads. It’s not her best add-on :/

You need the correct builds for it. Some examples listed in this thread already. On it's own it is just not worth being a purple addon but still can give you some advantage in certain situations.

When the Spirit phases she leaves behind a husk, basically a still image (copy) of herself. As long as the survivor is within the tr of your husk (24m w/o perks) they will not hear the wooshing sound, but the moment they leave the tr of the husk they will hear the wooshing soud.

Then why prayer beads makes survivors think that she coming for them? Im lost

The wooshing sound only happens if she is phasing+near you (and if you are outside of her husk's tr) so smart survivors will start to plan how to escape when they hear the wooshing. If you are on a gen and you hear the wooshing chances are she will attack anyone near the gen.
Prayer beads makes everyone on the entire map (outside of her husk's tr) hear the wooshing when phasing. This can mess with people who have trained themselves to assume wooshing=nearby Spirit causing them to think she is near.
It's why Ruin+Surveillance is such a good combo. The first minute no one will assume you have prayer beads so if they are on a gen and hear the global wooshing they will get off the gen to hide changing the gen's aura (they are assuming wooshing=nearby Spirit) and letting you know what gens are being worked on.
